A: We’re at Mainzer Landstraße 27, 60329 Frankfurt am Main (inside the Holiday Inn Frankfurt – Alte Oper hotel).

Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We’re open daily from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm. (Bar opens at 11:00 am, breakfast service starts at 6:30 am in the hotel restaurant area)

Q: Do you accept reservations?
A: Yes — you can reserve a table for groups or events. For large groups we recommend letting us know in advance so we can make sure you get a good spot.

Q: Which sports and events do you show?
A: We screen a wide range of live sport — including Bundesliga, Champions League, Premier League, NFL, NBA, golf, tennis and more. We carry channels such as DAZN and Sky Sports Germany. Francis Sports Bar is the best bar in Frankfurt to watch live sport. In 2026, Francis Sports Bar will be showing all FIFA World Cup matches live.

Q: Can I request a specific game?
A: Yes — if the game is available on our channels (DAZN / Sky Sports) just let our team know and we’ll do our best to find a suitable screen for you.

Q: Do you have sound on for every game?
A: Yes — we aim to create a lively sports atmosphere. If you’re watching a particular match and want sound turned up (or a quieter setting), just inform a staff member.

Q: What’s on the menu?
A: We offer a full menu of burgers, sandwiches, hearty pub-style food, regional beers, cocktails and more. For example our signature “Francis Burger” is a favourite. Francis Sports Bar offers the best burgers in all of Frankfurt!

Q: Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
A: Yes — we aim to accommodate dietary preferences. Please ask our staff about vegan or gluten-free dishes when you arrive.

Q: Do you have happy hour or specials?
A: We do! For example, we have drink specials and happy hour offers; check our live sport or events page for the latest deals.

Q: Can I book for a large group or private event?
A: Yes — we host group bookings, team events, birthdays or corporate sports-gatherings. For large groups we recommend contacting us in advance for the best seating and any group package.

Q: Can I rent out a section of the bar or the entire venue?
A: Yes — depending on date, time and group size we can arrange private hire. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll tailor a solution.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.), as well as other common payment methods.

Q: Does Francis Sports Bar have a car park?

A: Yes. Our undercover Car parking garage is located underneath Holiday Inn Frankfurt - Alte Oper. The ceiling clearance is 2.1M and it also features two EV charging stations.

Q: What is your dress code?
A: Casual dress is perfectly fine — we aim for a relaxed sports-bar atmosphere.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: On request and depending on the area, pets may be allowed — particularly if you’re seated in an outdoor section. Please ask on arrival.

Q: Are you wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes — our bar is wheelchair accessible as part of the hotel’s accessible facilities.
